Khind is a consumer electronic brand based in malaysia, Khind in the MEA region delivers services via two main channels i.e. Khind Electrical Trading and Khind Solutions. Khind Electrical Trading focuses on a wide range of lighting appliances, home improvement and maintenance products, whereas Khind Solutions focuses on lighting and Cooling Solutions for large commercial units.  Khind collaborate with weft for their consumer electronic brand’s amazon seller account management, They have already created a seller account and listed a few products, but the sales did not meet their expectations

Seller Account Health Challenges

As we all know, it’s difficult to manage the Amazon Account health, if it’s not done correctly. Before the collaboration with Weft, Khind tried many times to maintain the account health but they could not manage to do so. Due to that account health went down and few of the listings as well got removed due to the incorrect copyright claims.

Because of the Poor Amazon account health, sales and revenue went down drastically. From there, weft started to improve the health of their account.

WEFT implemented following strategies to
improve the KHIND account health:

  • Raised the appeal to reinstate delisted ASINS
  • Audit the complete account to find out any Amazon Product Guideline Violations
  • Explained the KHIND best and effective way to maintain the Amazon account health.

Overcoming Challenges

After a month of completing the task, we could see the result. Obviously it was not an easy task but our team did it. KHIND manufactures their product in Malaysia and due to the pandemic they have no control over the shipment and they were facing the issue in managing their inventory level.

WEFT kept aside all the barriers and understood that there is no point in waiting and decided to categorize the other issues while waiting for the output of other external service providers.

With the support of KHIND, WEFT could accomplish the below task:

  • Maintaining the Amazon account’s health by quickly responding to customer’s queries, complaints, and negative reviews.
  • Reconciliation of missing revenue issue.
  • Creating A+ Content and PPC for Business growth and for increasing sales conversion.

The result

WEFT started services from  April 2020 but listing optimization and Enhanced Brand Content was created in the month of May.
